The return for change size, color and withdrawal will be suspended for the period of balances

For purchases made for sale products, it will not be possible to make a return request for change or color change. 

What is the right to withdrawal

The return can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason.

It can be exercised within 10 days from receipt of the goods and is exercised by sending an email At the seller's office, namely Gams S.R.L. Via Bruxelles, 20/22 - 76121 Barletta, in the 10 days following the delivery of the goods. Within the same term or at the same time, good must be returned.

To exercise withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, equipped with all the cards. The only expenses for returning the goods are charged to the consumer. The price paid will be reimbursed within 30 days following the return of the goods. (The right of withdrawal is excluded for possibly personalized or already replaced products.)

Return for goods change and / or refund

In case of exercise of the right of return for goods change, the procedure to follow is:

Write an email Within 1/2 days from receipt of the product describing the motivations that led to the opening of the return procedure.

Follow the methods of rendered procedure as per communication received from our customer service.

Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the cards affixed. Fill out and enter the module you find in the return. Remember that you can send your return only from the country where you placed the order.

We will replace or refund only items rendered according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back.

The return of the product must take place within 48 hours following receipt of the email received from our customer service (the date indicated on the mail stamp or transport document of the courier will be faith).

The return will be managed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the goods returned to our warehouse.

Within the same term the outcome of the same will be announced (acceptance with replacement of the product or reimbursement in the event of a replacement impossibility).

Refunds take place through bank transfer or PayPal refund.

The costs of returning the product for exchange goods are charged to the customer.

In the event of a merchandise change, the shipment of the new product sent to the customer is free in Italy for only once (excluding foreign orders and minor islands, Venice and Sardinia lagoon). (N.B: If you have used any discounts at the time of purchase, the gratuitous expenses for sending the new product to replacement is less. In this case a contribution equal to the standard rates applied at the order phase will be required.
