Return policies
The return for gearbox Size/Color and the return for reimbursement are suspended from 10th to August 30th
For orders made between 10 and 30 August it will not be possible to make a return request for change Size or color.
In the event of a exchange need Size, color or right of withdrawal during the indicated period, the buyer may return the product (s) only from 31/08/08/2023, after communicating to the email address: 4GIVENESS.Online@gmail.
The methods of return applicable from 31 August onwards are as follows:
The return for gearbox Size, color and withdrawal will be suspended for the sales period
For purchases made for products on sale, it is possible to make a return request for refund but not for gearbox Size or color.
What is the right to withdrawal
The return can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason.
It can be exercised within 14 working days from receipt of the goods and is exercised by sending an email to 4giveness.online@gmail.com to the seller's office, namely Games S.r.l. Via Brussels, 20/22 - 76121 Barletta.
The choice of the courier is at the discretion of the end customer.
Within the same term or at the same time, the good must be returned. The choice of the courier is at the exclusive discretion of the end customer.
If the return should arrive at the headquarters beyond the aforementioned times but within 30 days the reimbursement method will be paid a shopping voucher of equal amount.
To exercise the withdrawal, it is essential that the assets are intact and that the object has the original packaging, equipped with all the cards. The only costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer. The price paid will be refunded in the 30 days following the return of the goods. (The right of withdrawal is excluded for possibly personalized or already replaced products)
Rendered for change and/or reimbursement
In the event of exercising the right of return for change change, the procedure to be followed is:
Write an email to 4giveness.online@gmail.com describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure, indicating the order number.
Follow the methods of return procedure as per communication received by our Customer Service.
Make sure the products are in the same conditions in which you received them, with all the cards affixed. Fill out and insert the form you find at the foot of the page in the return. Remember that you can send your return only from the country where you placed the order.
We will replace or refund only the articles rendered according to the instructions. If your return does not satisfy the listed conditions, the package will be sent to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours following receipt of the email received by our customer service (the date indicated on the stamp of the post office or the transport document of the courier will be valid).
The return will be managed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the goods returned to our warehouse.
Within the same term the outcome of the same will be communicated (acceptance with replacement of the product or reimbursement in the event of impossibility of replacement).
The refunds take place through bank transfer or PayPal reimbursement, the refund refers to the rendered goods. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
The costs of returning the product for changes are borne by the customer.
In the event of a change of goods, the shipment of the new product sent to the customer is free in Italy for only once (excluding foreign orders and minor islands, Venice and Sardinia lagoon). (N.B: If any discounts have been used at the time of purchase, the gratuitousness of the costs of sending the new product to replace the replacement. In this case, a contribution will be required equal to the standard rates applied during the order).
In the event that the products rendered are not returned to the same state in which they have been shipped, they present defects and problems the return cannot be accepted and the items will be sent back to the customer.
Reports for problems concerning failed products must be communicated within 14 days from the reception of the goods to the dedicated email address: 4Giveness.online@gmail.com
