Shipments
Given the volume of orders we are receiving in the month of August, shipments may be subject to delays.
Shipping Data
Gams SRL will use those indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart as shipping data. The only data valid for shipping purposes will be those indicated in the copy of the order for which the customer is required to check all data reported in the copy of the order that he will receive via email. Gams SRL cannot be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or without useful information to identify the place of delivery.
Delivery time
Orders will be processed within 24 - 48 working hours from payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery to the courier, the order processing will take longer. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following time: 9.00 / 16.00. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed starting from the following working day. Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package arrives tampered with or if the envelope marking sticker is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact us by sending an email to the address: online@4giveness.com
Taxes and customs duties
Gams SRL ships with the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula, i.e. any local sales taxes and or customs duties are excluded.
If you are resident in a non-European country, we advise you to inform yourself about local taxes and duties before placing an order.
Please be aware that any local sales taxes and or customs duties, will be charged directly to the Customer by the courier on each order at the time of shipment and will not be refunded in the case where the items are returned.
In DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destinations outside Europe, the displayed product price does not include all taxes and duties. Taxes and duties within these destinations are collected at the time of delivery.
